All those who haven't got their utilities in their names for the summer make sure you call them immediately. If they are not done by the end of the week your power or gas may be shut off! You can just call them and a give them your address and they will make sure you are taken care of.

Check outs will be conducted the week of April 26-30, please notify Eva, the apartment manager when you will be leaving so you can get your walk throughs done. Go through the checklist and make sure everything is fixed and cleaned so you can get your full security deposits! We will be getting the apartments ready for summer the week of May 3-9. Summer Move ins will be as early as May 10th. If you haven't paid your rent yet make sure you do and clear it with the manager so we don't have to send your name to collections. If you haven't paid your security deposit, please get that in as soon as possible. We can not hold a room for you until we get your security deposit, rooms are filling up quick. Greetings! This last month has been a rather rough month with the burglaries and all. We hope that things are starting to pan out and that they have caught the person that is responsible for all of the burglaries. Just a reminder to keep your doors locked, we want to take the precautions necessary to ensure each of your safety and of everyones property.
